A cancellation fee may be charged if 24 hours notice is not given.
Travel and/or accommodation can be negotiated where applicable.
Repeat, buyout and usage fees per channel are added for featured artists and agreed at booking.
Once introduced by Baby Models Agency, repeat jobs and correspondence should remain with the agency.
Children under 16 years of age require a licence for paid performances. It is the client’s responsibility to licence the children. Please note that putting a licence in place takes a minimum of 5–10 working days, depending on the council involved. Baby Models Agency provides a licence processing service to clients for £25 per application. There is no charge to the parent for this service.
